Shipping Information Local orders: We ship free in Sharm El Sheikh, within the same day if orders received before 8:00 PM Orders to Dahab, Newayba, and Dahab: by FedEx twice a week, Sunday and Wednesday Overseas orders are shipped Via FedEx or Aramex within 5 days, roughly the first pound is $15, 2nd pound $22, use our shipping calculator, also the shipping value is calculated automatically when you enter shipping ddestination at checkout. Common Shipping Delays The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately. If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have been processed yet or the product might not be available, in this case we should have notified you earlier via email or phone.
